Amenities

The Tuckahoe pool and tennis court are located adjacent to the entrance to the west side of the community. The tennis court is also lined for pickleball. The pool is open from mid-May to early October each year, weather permitting. The tennis court is available to owners and guests year-round.

There is also community access to both the ocean and the sound via a walkway. At the sound, there is also a pier and gazebo. The gazebo is an excellent area for fishing, crabbing, lounging, and most of all for watching the beautiful sunsets. Limited parking is available at these amenity areas. Parking passes must be displayed at all times. A foot wash is also at the walkway from the beach.

An entrance code is needed to access the pool and tennis court. This code, as well as parking passes, is provided to owners directly from the association management company and is provided to guests directly from their rental company.

These amenities are for the exclusive use of owners and their guests.
